Role Description
This is a full-time in office with the potential for Hybrid overtime, for a Help Desk Technician, based in Sacramento, CA, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining desktop computers and related peripherals, and performing computer repairs as needed. Additional responsibilities include assisting with help desk inquiries, resolving technical problems efficiently, and ensuring excellent customer support. The role requires a proactive and collaborative approach to solving IT-related challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical support issues across various systems and platforms
- Experience with desktop computers, computer repair, and maintenance of hardware and software
- Strong skills in help desk support, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical challenges
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility and adaptability
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and cloud networking solutions is a plus
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Microsoft certifications) are preferred
