What are the responsibilities and job description for the SECURITY GUARD position at Capital Manor?
We are looking for a Safety Response Team member to keep our campus and residents safe while helping with various activities throughout the community. The current position we have available is a 40 hour a week benefit eligible position working Friday and Saturday from 10:00pm to 8:00am and Sunday and Monday from 2:00pm to 12:00pm.

Qualifications:QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisor and peers.
- Ability to read and write basic correspondence.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Works indoors; must be able to stand/walk for 100% of the work day; must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. independently; must be able to push and pull bus carts weighing up to 50 lbs. independently; must be able to bend, stoop, reach, and balance frequently throughout the workday. Must be able to see, hear, and speak. Must be able to maintain alertness during evening and night shifts. Employee is exposed to outside weather conditions.
