Key Responsibilities
- Post incoming payments to customer accounts
- Scan and reconcile daily deposits to the bank
- Perform client and bank reconciliation
- Prepare, verify, and record transactions related to accounts receivable
- Validate payment batches for accuracy
- Research and resolve discrepancies in customer/client payments
- Collaborate with client service teams to ensure accounts receivable accuracy
- File and retrieve A/R documentation as needed
- Update internal records with client/payment information
- Support additional clerical functions as assigned
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in processing payments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Experience using computers, 10-key calculator, copiers, and office equipment
- Comfortable working with tight deadlines and client requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Fast learner with a proactive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of administrative or payment processing experience preferred
- Monday - Friday | 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- One Saturday per month | 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Closed on Sundays
