What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Crew Leader/Members position at Capital Landscaping?
We are looking for experienced landscape crew leaders and members who take pride in their work and ability to transform a landscape into a client’s dream outdoor living space. Previous experience in landscape/hardscape installation is required including installation of paver patios, block and boulder retaining walls, drainage systems, and rock beds. Crew leaders work closely with our landscape designers and foremen to install projects while taking charge of a team of 2-3 people. Good organizational skills are important and a good leadership attitude is a must to work well with your team. Crew members
- Valid Iowa Drivers license required
- must be able to lift and/or move up to 80 lbs reqularly
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- good communication and organizational skills
- previous landscaping experience required
