What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pre-K Lead Teacher/Director position at Capital Kids Care?
Capital Kids Care is seeking a caring and nurturing individual for our Universal Pre-K Before and After School Program located in Duanesburg Elementary.
Our staff at Capital Kids care is made of loving and dedicated professionals who know how to adapt to each child's abilities in a fun and developmentally appropriate manner.
Requirements for this position include but are not limited to the following:
- Associate's Degree/Bachelor's in ECE or related field or has earned a Childcare Development Associate Credential.
OR
- Earned 9 credits from a college with plans to earn a degree in Early Childhood or related field.
In addition to the above requirements:
- minimum 1-2 years of experience
- Reliable
- Communicate in a professional manner, with families and staff
- Willing to engage children in a variety of developmentally appropriate activities and foster imaginative play
- Meet the needs of individual children
- Have Fun!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
