The ideal candidate will have experience with customer service and be meticulous in their work. In this position, you will answer phone calls and dispatch technicians efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls from customers
- Enter work orders for jobs
- Dispatch technicians efficiently
- Assist with implementing new processes
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in customer service preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
