Position Summary
The Plumbing Technician will perform residential and light commercial plumbing repairs, maintenance, inspections, and installations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of handling a wide range of plumbing service calls independently.
Responsibilities- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective repair solutions
- Repair and install water heaters, fixtures, pipes, drains, and plumbing systems
- Perform leak detection and plumbing inspections
- Handle residential and light commercial service calls
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate job notes and service documentation
- Educate customers on repair options and preventive maintenance
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle
- Work collaboratively with office staff and dispatch teams
- Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience preferred
- Valid plumbing license or ability to obtain licensing as required
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions
