The listed minimum pay reflects compensation for a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) position. Actual compensation may differ depending on assigned hours and position status (e.g., part-time).

Position Overview

Provides leadership and manages all aspects of the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) field operational activities. Oversees Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Department operations, providing incident command and on-the-scene emergency medical care, monitoring contractual activities, and coordinating EMS activities. Utilizes current concepts in healthcare, economics, emergency medicine, and emergency preparedness. Understands and enhances delivery models, policy, quality improvement, patient satisfaction, patient safety and risk management to promote outcomes based care. Demonstrates proficiency of project management, financial, strategic, and information management.
