About the Role:
As a Patient Coordinator, you’ll be the first person our patients meet—whether over the phone or in person. Your role is critical in creating a smooth, compassionate experience from the very first call to their final visit. You’ll handle scheduling, answer questions, and support our patients throughout their treatment journey.
What You’ll Do:
Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits
Assist patients with inquiries and guide them through their treatment plan
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Work with doctors and clinical staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
Deliver excellent customer service to patients and their families
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of experience in a healthcare or customer service setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related field
Experience with medical billing, insurance, and EMR systems
Bilingual in English and Spanish
