Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Sales Representative to join our team. This is an in-office role based in Port Richey, where you’ll be making outbound calls, following up with leads, and managing customer interactions through our CRM system. If you're confident on the phone, organized, and driven to earn through commissions, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
- Accurately update and manage customer information in the CRM system
- Track sales activities and meet or exceed weekly targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems quickly
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
