Southern California Base Salary Range: $116,974-$187,158
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.

- You will build the capability to study and analyze structured and unstructured data, data from multiple internal and external sources to enable pattern seeking and analysis
- You are proficient at translating unstructured business problems into math framework in scientific way, and able to articulate the logic.
- Expertise in predictive analytics/statistical modeling/data mining algorithms
- You are well versed in at least one statistical analysis tool
- You have knowledge of distributed databases and have experience with SQL or related query languages
- You have Computer Science concentration or joint major at Bachelor's or Master's degree level.
- You have demonstrated agility in providing value gained through data science from large and complex datasets.
- You have experience in one or more of the following toolsets: Python scikit-learn, Databricks ML, AWS Sagemaker, MATLAB, SPSS/R.
- You have an ability to provide data analysis and visualization solutions using cutting edge tools, algorithms, frameworks and languages like Python , R, Tensorflow/PyTorch, Plotly Dash, Streamlit, R Shiny, Tableau or Power BI.
