Capital Group Properties is seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our Property Management Team.

We take great pride in the appearance and condition of our properties and maintain exceptionally high standards for cleanliness, landscaping, and overall curb appeal. This position plays an important role in maintaining the appearance, safety, and overall presentation of our commercial and retail properties throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, notices the little things, and takes personal pride in delivering high-quality work.

The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, organized, and comfortable traveling between multiple properties throughout the day. We value individuals who are proactive, have a strong work ethic, and understand that maintaining a professional, well-kept property is a top priority.

Position Details:

· Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (some flexibility available)

· Employment: Full-Time

· Location: Based in Southborough, MA, with travel to properties throughout MA,NH, RI

· Company Vehicle: Provided during working hours

· Availability: Immediate opening

Key Responsibilities

· Property Appearance: Maintain exceptionally clean, attractive, and well-kept commercial and retail properties, ensuring our high standards are consistently met.

· Exterior Cleaning: Remove litter, cigarette butts, and debris from walkways, landscaped areas, building entrances, and parking lots.

· Pressure Washing: Clean sidewalks, walkways, and exterior surfaces as needed.

· Waste Management: Empty outdoor trash receptacles, monitor dumpsters and compactors, and coordinate vendor servicing.

· Property Inspections: Proactively identify and report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and areas needing attention.

· Light Maintenance: Assist with minor repairs, general upkeep, and tenant-reported maintenance issues.

· Equipment Operation: Safely operate lawn mowers, pressure washers, chainsaws, and other grounds maintenance equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Exceptional attention to detail and pride in maintaining properties to high standards.

· Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

· Proactive mindset with the ability to recognize and address issues without constant direction.

· Strong time management and organizational skills.

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

· Ability to communicate effectively in English.

· Experience with pressure washers and basic landscaping equipment.

· Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
