Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outside sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Provide expert advice on auto insurance products tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote insurance products effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
- Support administrative tasks related to sales processes as needed.
- Qualifications
- Having an active P&C Insurance License in Missouri or Illinois is a strong plus
- Proven experience in auto insurance sales or brokerage.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in insurance are preferred

Pay: $28,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
