What You'll Be Doing
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections
- Replace air filters, cabin filters, windshield wipers, and batteries
- Check and maintain fluid levels
- Mount, balance, and repair tires
- Inspect brakes, belts, hoses. and other vehicle components
- Recommend additional maintenance or repairs based on inspection findings
- Maintain accurate repair orders and service documentation
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all dealership and manufacturer procedures
- Previous automotive maintenance or Quick Lane experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Basic mechanical knowledge and a strong willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Team player with excellent communication skills
