Provide day-to-day administrative support for all trust administration aspects under the Trust Officers' guidance and direction. This position is 100% in the office.
Role Responsibilities
- Proficiently carry out the responsibilities of a Trust Administrator I.
- Provide support and backup - to other teams (i.e., Case Management, Wealth Management, Settlement, Pooled Trusts, and South Dakota operations.)
- Process transactions for annuities and other manually maintained assets.
- Maintain the accurate value of annuities and other manually maintained assets.
- Manage a collection of insurance statements and review policies through life insurance vendor.
- Manage PAL files that require plug-ins for access.
- Assist with maintaining True Link accounts by opening and closing cards and providing reports monitoring usage risk.
- Assist with establishing new brokerage accounts, data feeds, online access, and updating authorized signer information with investment advisors.
- Serve on a committee or support committee initiatives.
- Support new and developing Trust Administrators by providing training.
- Prepare reports and books for Board.
- Manage changeover of TO mailings and software updates.
- Understanding the trust accounting reporting system and assisting with developing reports as needed.

Role Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree highly desired.
- Experience working in the financial services industry or trust administration.
- Administrative experience in an office setting preferred.
- Experience working in investments a plus.
- Bilingual in English / Spanish preferred.
- Professional appearance.
