Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents warmly and provide comprehensive tours of available units, highlighting features and benefits to encourage leasing conversions.
- Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through application approval, including data entry into property management systems- Appfolio.
- Conduct thorough background checks, verify income and rental history, and ensure all documentation complies with Fair Housing.
- Negotiate lease terms, prepare contracts, and explain lease agreements clearly to applicants while upselling additional services or amenities when appropriate.
- Maintain detailed records of all leasing activities, correspondence, and legal documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to coordinate move-ins and address resident concerns promptly.
- Stay informed about local landlord-tenant laws, and other legal requirements affecting leasing practices.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of property management software- Appfolio.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette and conflict management abilities.
- Proven sales experience with the ability to upsell amenities and negotiate lease terms effectively.
- Legal administrative experience including contracts, filing systems, data entry, and document management.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in an office environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Competitive Salary and Benefits.
