Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in one of our Central, PA Branches. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee and support a team of sales representatives to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, setting and achieving sales targets, and mentoring team members to ensure professional growth. Additionally, the Sales Manager will build and sustain positive relationships with customers and suppliers, analyze market data to identify growth opportunities, and uphold the company's commitment to excellence in customer service and operational efficiency.

- Strong sales-focused skills, including developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and understanding market trends.
- Experience in team management, including mentoring, coaching, and performance evaluation of sales representatives.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management, key account management, and establishing long-term partnerships with clients and suppliers.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced business environment.
- Strong organizational abilities, including time management, setting priorities, and managing resources effectively.
- Knowledge of the electrical distribution industry or related sectors is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant work experience can be substituted in some cases.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
