Capital District Beginnings is an educational Agency providing services for pre-school children with special needs in the Capital District. Named a Best Workplace of the Capital Region by the Times Union since 2021 and celebrating 40 years of supporting children with disabilities in their natural learning environment. Beginnings is currently seeking Teacher Aides to join our Classroom Team
As a Beginnings’ Teacher Aide (TA) you will work closely with the Special Education Teacher, therapists and other aides . TA's are an integral part of our classroom team. In this position you will work directly with 3-5 year-old children during our five-hour program day and then participate in classroom meetings, professional development, preparation, cleaning and planning with the classroom team.
Our pay range is based on education and experience. We offer a strong benefits package in addition to sick/personal time, holidays and snow days. Paid vacation time after one year of service.

Minimum Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or GED
