Capital District Beginnings is an educational Agency providing services for pre-school children with special needs in the Capital District. Beginnings currently is seeking a Full Time (37.50 hours per week) Salaried Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing community of professionals. Part-time salaried and per diem positions available as well.
The ideal candidate can demonstrate strong organizational skills, exceptional relationship building skills, interpersonal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Pay: $57,845.00 - $74,845.00 per year

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Providing services according to individual IEP's
- Collaborate with Beginnings' Teachers and Therapists in Self-Contained and Integrated classrooms in community-based settings
- Attend Team/Collaboration Meetings and Annual Review meetings as required
- Participate in Professional Development
- Assess and diagnose speech, language and communication disorders in preschoolers on their caseloads
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and treatment plans

Requirements:
- Speech Language Pathologist NYS Licensure (or in the process of obtaining one as CFY)
- OR Teacher of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped (TSHH) Certification
- Successful completion of OCFS clearance requirements upon offer
