This is a part-time, on-site role for a Director of Operations located in Kennesaw, GA. The Director of Operations will oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency and alignment with the company’s goals. Responsibilities include managing teams, analyzing operations, creating and managing budgets, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards. The role plays a key part in strategic decision-making and process optimization within the organization.

• Proven expertise in Operations Management and proficiency with developing and optimizing operational processes
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics and identify improvements
• Experience in Team Management, including leadership, mentoring, and fostering a positive team environment
• Skills in Budgeting and financial planning to ensure cost-effective operations
• Customer Service experience with a commitment to providing exceptional client satisfaction
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role
