Capital Concrete LLC is a growing concrete construction company serving Cape Cod and southeastern Massachusetts. We specialize in commercial and residential concrete work including foundations, flatwork, and custom formwork. We work alongside some of the region's top general contractors and are building a team that can grow with us.
What we're hiring for
We're looking for motivated individuals at all experience levels — from those just entering the trades to experienced foremen. Our field structure has 9 defined positions, each with its own pay scale and advancement criteria. Every candidate is evaluated individually — you'll be placed at the level that matches your skills and experience.
Laborer
Entry-level role focused on site support, material handling, and learning fundamental construction skills and safety procedures.
Laborer 1
A step up from entry level — begins working independently alongside carpenters and foremen on daily field tasks.
Carpenter Apprentice
Hands-on introduction to concrete carpentry — learning formwork, power tools, and basic layout under experienced carpenters.
Carpenter 1
Performs basic forming and layout tasks independently, contributing directly to daily field production with minimal supervision.
Carpenter 2
Leads installation of complex formwork including walls, columns, and slabs. Reads plans and provides direction to other crew members.
Lead Carpenter
Directs small crews and supports foremen with layout, quality control, and field training. A hybrid builder-leader role.
Junior Foreman
Entry-level site leadership — assists in managing daily operations, coordinating crews, materials, and documentation.
Foreman
Leads job site operations from layout to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence across all trades.
Senior Foreman
Manages complex concrete scopes across multiple crews and work phases, coordinating directly with project managers and clients.
