Accountant
Capital Commercial is a Southern Pines, NC-based property management group. We are seeking an Accountant to join our team!
Occasional, regular meetings will occur in-person in Southern Pines, NC. However, most routine job functions can be performed remotely.
Responsibilities
·Prepare journal entries and records of transactions.
·Review and analyze financial statements.
·Reconcile balance sheet accounts and identify variances.
·Prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
·Perform reconciliations of bank statements.
·Prepare and review payroll records.
·Perform reconciliations of bank statements.
·Prepare and review payroll records.
·Perform reconciliations of bank statements.
·Prepare and review monthly and quarterly reports.
·Perform reconciliations of bank statements.
·Prepare and review monthly and quarterly reports.
·Perform reconciliations of bank statements.
·Prepares financial reports as needed by the company or the government (e.g., audits).
·Other duties as assigned by management or supervisor (e.g., preparation of invoices, processing payments, etc.).
Qualifications
·High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
·Minimum 2 years experience in accounting or related field (preferred).
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, etc..
