SUMMARY:
Capital Commercial Investments, Inc. (CCI) is seeking a highly motivated, team player to serve as Paralegal. CCI is one of the largest owner-operators of commercial office space and is seeking an experienced paralegal to manage and coordinate complex matters across CCI’s portfolio.
Essential Functions
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents (leases, purchase agreements, closing docs)
- Due diligence (title searches, property research)
- Coordinating closings with multiple parties
- Ensuring compliance with real estate laws, all while managing deadlines
- Maintaining clear communication for complex commercial deals
Candidates with experience working with private placement investments (subscription agreements, partnership documents) will receive special consideration. In-office work only, no remote work structure.
Qualifications
- 10 years of relevant paralegal experience in commercial real estate at a law form or real estate owner/operator or investment company.
- Bachelor's degree/paralegal certification preferred, or equivalent experience with evidence of exceptional ability
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, analytical, and fact-finding skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Project management mindset with the ability to work efficiently, prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and handle multi-dimensional projects in a fast-paced environment
