Shine Works Supply and Capital Pressure Supply share one building in Manassas: auto detailing supplies on one side, pressure washing equipment and bulk chemicals on the other. We're hiring one reliable person to help run the store day-to-day — and as our online store relaunches, you'll own getting orders packed and shipped.
What you'll do (the honest list):
* Ring up and help walk-in customers — weekend warriors to full-time crews
* Pick, pack, and ship online orders (label printing, carrier pickups, accurate and on time)
* Receive deliveries into our POS — nothing hits the shelf before it's in the system
* Run the sodium hypochlorite fill lane (we train you; it's a pump and a log sheet)
* Daily 15-minute inventory counts, stocking, and keeping the store sharp
* Misc tasks as needed — small team, everyone pitches in
Pay and extras:
* $18–$20/hr based on experience
* Monthly bonuses you control: clean receiving month, on-time shipping streak, Google reviews that name you
* Employee discount at both stores
* Raise review at 90 days; a real path up — keyholder, then lead, as we grow
You're probably a fit if you:
* Show up every day, on time — this is the #1 thing, and we check references on it
* Are comfortable lifting 50 lbs (buckets, drums, cases) and being on your feet
* Are careful with details (orders shipped right, deliveries counted right)
* Like cars, detailing, or pressure washing — or want a paid education in them
Schedule: Monday–Friday shift within store hours (7am–6pm) plus rotating Saturdays (9am–3pm).
How we hire: short phone call, then a paid 4-hour working shift at the counter with us, then references, then offer. You'll know exactly what the job is before you take it.
