Job Description:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide our clients with an exemplary experience through exceptional service and top-tier industry knowledge. Our Lead Financial Advisors create and execute custom financial strategies to bring joy and comfort to our clients’ retirements. Working with our Business Development Advisors and Client Service Team, this role is critical to ensuring the firm provides the highest level of service to our target market.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Prepare, present, and implement customized financial strategies for clients, ensuring their personal retirement goals and needs are met.
- Provide in-depth, tailored advice to clients regarding investments, insurance, healthcare, income, tax, and estate planning.
- Develop and nurture strong, life-long client relationships through intentional and insightful communications.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, economic conditions, regulatory changes, and industry developments to ensure our clients receive optimal financial guidance.
- Adjust financial strategies as necessary to ensure client portfolios remain aligned with goals.
- Exceed individual and team goals related to client acquisition, retention, and service to execute our mission effectively.
- Ensure all client engagements comply with industry regulations, best practices, and fiduciary & ethical standards to protect clients’ interests and maintain firm integrity.
You are perfect for this role if you have:

- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Economics, or related major preferred)
- 3 years of experience in the financial industry, advising experience preferred
- Sales experience preferred
- Life and Health Insurance License, Series 6/7 OR Series 65
- CFP, ChFC, or other industry-specific designation is preferred
- Superior organizational, interpersonal, & time management skills
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Experience with Redtail/CRM preferred

Compensation includes a competitive salary with benefits (insurance, 401k with match, disability, paid volunteer time, profit sharing) and covered advisor fees (state registration fees, technology, E&O).
The starting base salary for this role will be $60,000- $85,000 (OTE $100,000- $160,000).
