We’re hiring a Texas Licensed Transaction Coordinator (1099 | Remote)
If you’ve never managed your own Texas real estate transactions from contract to close, this isn’t the role for you.
Capital City Coordination is built by a Realtor, for Realtors. We partner with producing agents to handle contract-to-close, listing coordination, and compliance so they can focus on clients and growth.
You’ll be working alongside licensed professionals who understand Texas contracts, timelines, and expectations and take ownership of their files.
What you’ll do:
• Manage Texas transactions from contract to close
• Review TREC contracts for accuracy and completeness
• Track timelines and ensure all deadlines are met
• Communicate with agents, clients, title, and lenders
• Handle compliance and maintain clean, complete files
Requirements (non-negotiable):
• Active Texas real estate license
• Minimum 5 years as a producing Realtor in Texas
• Proven experience managing Texas contracts from contract to close
• Strong understanding of TREC contracts, timelines, and compliance
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and using multiple systems (Dotloop, Command, CRMs, etc.)
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple files independently
🚫 Not a fit if you are:
• Not licensed in Texas
• New to real estate
• Coming from an assistant-only background
• Unfamiliar with Texas (TREC) contracts
• Struggle with technology or managing systems
This is a partner-level role for someone who knows how to run a Texas file, solve problems, and communicate at a high level.
