What You'll Do
- Lead residential HVAC replacement and retrofit projects
- Complete equipment installation, startup, testing, and controls
- Build sheet-metal transitions and fittings in the field
- Troubleshoot installation issues and find practical solutions
- Maintain a clean, safe, professional jobsite
- Communicate directly with homeowners
- Provide guidance and hands-on support to other installers
What You Bring
- 2 years of professional HVAC installation experience
- Residential retrofit lead experience
- EPA Type II or higher certification
- Strong sheet-metal fabrication skills
- Valid driver's license and insurable record
- Own tools of the trade
- Comfortable working from ladders
- Able to lift and maneuver up to 70 lbs.
- Willingness to continue learning and developing your skills
