What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Information Tech position at Capital Cardiology Associates?
Capital Cardiology Associates, the trusted authority in cardiovascular health in the Capital Region, is actively seeking for a Full-Time Patient Information Tech to join our dynamic team. This position includes, but not limited to answering phones, processing paperwork/preparing charts, scanning documents, obtaining records, using Electronic Medical Records systems, etc. Ideal candidate must be prompt and dependable, professional, organized, detail oriented, able to multitask and work well in a team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Prior Medical Office experience is preferred
- Experience with Medical software and terminology a plus
