Warehouse Logistics Coordinator
Location: Olympia, WA Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour, depending on experience
About the Role
Capital Business Machines (CBM) is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to support our day-to-day warehouse operations. This is a hands-on, support-focused role responsible for preparing equipment, coordinating deliveries, managing incoming and outgoing shipments, and assisting with inventory. You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager and internal teams to keep operations organized, accurate, and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
1. Receive incoming equipment, parts, and supplies and verify against purchase orders
2. Prepare and process outgoing shipments
3. Coordinate freight pickups and deliveries with carriers and vendors
4. Pick and stage equipment and accessories for customer orders
5. Assist with placing orders for parts, supplies, and equipment as needed
6. Contact customers to schedule deliveries and installations
7. Coordinate schedules with sales and service teams
8. Assist with inventory tracking and counts
9. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
10. Assist Warehouse Manager with daily logistics and operations
Qualifications
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
3. Strong organizational and communication skills
4. High attention to detail and accuracy
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
6. Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory-related roles
2. Experience coordinating deliveries or working with freight carriers
3. Familiarity with inventory or warehouse systems
4. Basic mechanical aptitude or experience with equipment
