We are looking for a dependable, safety-conscious, and professional Delivery Driver to join our warehouse and logistics team. This hands-on position involves safely transporting, delivering, moving, and setting up copiers, printers, and other office equipment while supporting daily warehouse operations.

Essential Job Functions

• Safely operate company delivery vehicles to transport office equipment and supplies to customer locations.
• Load, secure, transport, unload, and position copiers, printers, and other office equipment.
• Perform delivery-related physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and maneuvering equipment.
• Use appropriate material-handling equipment, including carts, dollies, and other moving tools, as needed.
• Assist with the placement and basic setup of office equipment at customer locations.
• Safely navigate customer facilities, loading areas, entrances, and delivery access points.
• Follow established procedures to prevent damage to equipment, vehicles, and customer property.
• Complete delivery documentation accurately and promptly report delivery issues or concerns.
• Assist with receiving shipments, preparing equipment for delivery, inventory organization, and general warehouse operations.
• Follow company safety policies, delivery procedures, and operational instructions.
• Maintain professional communication and conduct with customers and coworkers.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

This is a physically active position involving work in warehouse environments, delivery vehicles, and customer locations. Essential physical demands include:

• Lifting and carrying items weighing up to 85 pounds as required for delivery and warehouse tasks; carts, dollies, and other material-handling equipment are available for moving equipment as appropriate.
• Pushing, pulling, positioning, and maneuvering office equipment using appropriate tools and established safety procedures.
• Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and handling equipment during deliveries and warehouse activities.
• Entering and exiting delivery vehicles and securing equipment for transportation.
• Performing delivery activities in varying customer environments and weather conditions.
• Following safe lifting, material-handling, and equipment-moving procedures.

Qualified individuals must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company vehicle operation and insurance requirements.
• Ability to safely perform the essential delivery and warehouse responsibilities of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Good organizational skills and ability to complete assigned deliveries accurately and efficiently.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively with warehouse, logistics, service, and other departments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous delivery, warehouse, logistics, or related work experience.
• Experience handling large equipment or using material-handling tools.
• Experience delivering equipment to commercial customer locations.

Delivery Area and Travel Requirements

This position requires regular travel to customer locations throughout Western Washington. Assigned deliveries may include Thurston, Pierce (including Gig Harbor), Mason, Lewis, Grays Harbor, Cowlitz, and Clallam counties, as well as other locations within CBM's service area.

Delivery routes, driving distances, and schedules vary based on business needs. Driving for extended periods may be required on certain routes.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
