Job Summary

In this role, you will provide on-site maintenance, repair, and technical support for copier and office equipment in and around Kitsap, Pierce, Grays Harbor, Cowlitz, and surrounding territories. You will play a critical role in keeping our customers’ operations running smoothly while representing our commitment to exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences — Customer Success is your top priority.
- Troubleshoot and repair copier and office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, and related devices) by applying logical diagnostic processes to identify hardware and software issues.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Replace parts, components, and consumables as needed to resolve technical issues.
- Develop creative solutions to address unusual or complex technical problems.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, maintenance activities, and parts inventory.
- Provide training and technical guidance to end-users on proper equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Manage time, resources, and territorial considerations to efficiently serve your assigned area.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and coordinate effective solutions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while working on-site at customer locations.
Requirements
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude; experience diagnosing and repairing office equipment is a plus.
- Prior experience with Sharp, Canon, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, HP, Xerox, or other manufacturers is highly valued.
- Strong computer and software knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
