Capital HONDA of Salisbury is looking for an experienced, motivated Finance Manager (F&I) who knows how to deliver results while creating an exceptional customer experience!

What You'll Be Doing
- Guide customers through the financing process with confidence, professionalism, and transparency.
- Present financing options, protection products, and extended service plans in a clear, customer-friendly way.
- Partner with the sales team to create a smooth, positive experience from vehicle selection to final delivery.
- Build strong relationships with lenders to secure competitive financing options.
- Maintain accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws, lender requirements, and dealership policies.
- Drive F&I performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction while consistently working toward department goals.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of automotive industry experience, including at least 2 years in an automotive F&I role.
- Proven success in F&I sales, product penetration, and overall department performance.
- Strong knowledge of automotive lending, financing products, and compliance requirements.
- A confident communicator who can build trust and connect with customers.
- Someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- A positive, team-first attitude with the motivation to grow, perform, and make an impact.
