What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lot Attendant/Detailer position at Capital Auto Shop?
Capital Auto Shop is looking to recruit a Lot Attendant/Detailer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to learn professional detailing or the craft of collision repair and automotive paint and if desired later transition to tech-helper and eventually body repair technician or painter. We provide education and pay for our employees to take classes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive vehicles in and out of the shop
- Keep the lot organized and customer parking available
- Do post repair car washing
- Take the trash out
- Be professional and polite when greeting customers
- Proactively monitor when vehicles must be moved
- Perform shop organization and upkeep tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing
- Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of Customer Service
- Being proactive and willing to help in a fast-paced body shop environment
- Overall, have a positive attitude and be easy to work with so the team can succeed
