Fleet Sales Manager -Import Dealership
We are a fast-growing import franchise dealership seeking an experienced Fleet Sales Manager to lead and expand our commercial and fleet sales division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and close fleet sales opportunities with rental car companies, corporate accounts, government entities, municipalities, non-profits, ride-share fleets, and other commercial buyers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers who purchase vehicles in volume (10–100 units).
- Prepare competitive quotes, negotiate terms, and structure fleet transactions that meet both customer and dealership objectives.
- Oversee the complete order-to-delivery process, including vehicle specification, upfitting coordination, logistics, titling, and funding.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly fleet volume, revenue, and gross profit targets.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager, New Vehicle Sales Manager, and F&I team to ensure seamless operations and alignment with retail sales.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven fleet sales experience within an automotive dealership environment.
- Demonstrated track record of closing large-volume fleet transactions (50 units preferred).
- Existing network of fleet contacts is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturer fleet programs, incentives, rebates, and commercial upfitter processes (Kia experience a plus).
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze deal structure, incentives, holdback, and floorplan implications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Clean driving record and professional demeanor.
- Availability for occasional weekend or evening events as needed.
