Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-energy group fitness classes, including but not limited to kickboxing, cycling, yoga, Pilates, and CrossFit, Water Aerobics.
- Provide instruction on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and anatomy knowledge to ensure safety and effectiveness.
- Create customized workout programs that align with clients’ health objectives while incorporating principles of physiology.
- Foster a positive environment that encourages participation and community building among members.
- Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and continuously improve personal skills through professional development opportunities.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Fitness Instructor or in a related role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, body mechanics, and program design is essential.
- Experience in teaching group fitness classes across various formats such as water aerobics, step, kickboxing.
- Certification in relevant fitness disciplines (e.g., personal training, yoga instruction) is a plus.
