Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Supervisor located in Fayetteville, AR. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance operations, including scheduling and delegating tasks, conducting preventive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing equipment, and ensuring all facilities meet safety and operational standards. Additionally, the individual will troubleshoot issues, manage inventory, and coordinate with other departments to optimize efficiency and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead, train, and manage a team effectively
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure systems and equipment are operational
- Expertise in Maintenance & Repair, including routine and emergency repairs
- Strong Troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving technical and mechanical issues
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a safe work environment
- Experience in residential or commercial property maintenance is a plus
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in maintenance or related fields are advantageous
