Duties
- Manage all administrative tasks related to chapter operations, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for chapter members via phone, email, and in-person communication.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue arrangements, registration processes, and volunteer support.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence while demonstrating strong computer literacy.
- Support calendar management and scheduling for chapter meetings and events.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure the front desk area is welcoming with excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with data entry tasks related to membership records and outreach efforts while managing time effectively.
Requirements
- Strong clerical and administrative skills.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Exceptional phone etiquette.
- Previous experience in customer service or customer support roles is preferred.
- Attention to detail in proofreading documents and managing data entry tasks accurately.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as fax machines, scanners, and printers is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times.
