We take our work seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Our culture is relaxed, supportive, and built around doing excellent work without burning people out. We prioritize employee well-being and encourage time off, because the best outcomes for our clients come from a team that has the space to recharge, stay sharp, and enjoy the work along the way.

About the Position

They will also need to possess a clean record with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), an active Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation, and meet the Certified Financial Planner Board’s requirements to use its marks without restriction.

This is a salaried position and does not have any business development requirements. The role is intended to be performed on a hybrid basis (following a 90-day probationary period), which consists of two (2) days’ work from home/remote, and three (3) days from our office in the Union Market area of Washington, D.C.
