Capital Area Human Services District (CAHSD)is looking for a Peer Support Specialist. Located at Capital Area Human Services / Children’s Behavioral Health. Coordinates with the individual’s clinical team and others supports to arrange services or resources to help children, adolescents, and families achieve their goals. Completes clinical documentation as required. Assists parents in obtaining academic resources and accommodations. Peer coaching, assistance with discharge planning Helping individuals work on appropriate level of care and to assist individuals with progress towards goals and treatment plans. Performs other related duties and assigned.
