Job Summary: Seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Specialist to join our team. The position will support the providers daily in performing a variety of administrative and clinical tasks within our medical office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient intake. Take patient's histories, vital signs, and document in patient chart.
- Prepare exam rooms with necessary supplies.
- Perform EKGs, place cardiac monitors, and other procedures as directed.
- Patient chart prep prior to appointment.
- Provide patient education and instruction.
- Assist with the scheduling of appointments, testing, and prescription requests.
- Maintain patient records and other information.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of office and equipment.
- Monitor supply of medical stock and medical supplies.
- Meet standards of professional and ethical conduct.
Ideal candidate:
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- *Strong computer skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- BS in a healthcare or science related field, LPN, or 5 years of equivalent experience.
