What You’ll Do

  • Act as the face for a large client base of high-net-worth individuals, delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships
  • Work directly with a senior financial advisor and/or the manager of client services to gain hands-on experience and mentorship
  • Collaborate with team members to provide seamless account management and operational support
  • Handle client documentation needs with precision, accuracy, and care – essential skills to succeed in this role where details matter
  • Bring energy and attention to detail to every interaction—because great service is what sets us apart!

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Recent client service experience working with a RIA or major custodians such as Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Charles Schwab, Fidelity Investments, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping clients smiling
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • A great sense of humor—because we believe finance doesn’t have to be boring!


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in client service or financial operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) or similar (i.e., Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Series 65 license (or must obtain within one year)
  • Technologically proficient
