Current California Teaching Credential: Education Specialist Instruction Credential -Extensive Support Needs (Moderate/Severe Disabilities)
Requirements / Qualifications

• Current California Education Specialist Credential (Attach a printout with the detailed Document Number from the CTC website. Do not attach the certificate.)
• CLAD or other English Learner Authorization (The authorization may be embedded in your CA credential)
• Copies of all college transcripts (Unofficial copies are acceptable for application purposes, however, original transcripts will be required if hired.)
• Current resume
• Three letters of recommendation or references from persons who can comment on your employment record (must be from within the last two years)
