We offer the salary and benefits of the bigger companies, with the added bonus of a flexible workplace and a great work-life balance.Scope of Work:Capio Group is looking for an experienced and qualified Agile Scrum Master to support the Information Technology (IT) Department in the implementation of clients customer technology initiatives. The Agile Scrum Master will apply SAFe principles to organize work to deliver technology and enhance effective team performance. Each Agile Scrum Master will support up to three of clients' agile teams. Agile Scrum Master will lead scrum teams through all team ceremonies, participate in quarterly program increment planning and ensure delivery of high-quality technical solutions in accordance with clients policies and standards for technology development and change management. Additionally Agile Scrum Master will also participate across the Agile community in scrum or scrum ceremonies and be able to represent the status of efforts and health of the team.Mandatory Experience:Must Possess a Scrum Master Certification. A copy of the certification must be provided upon request. Relevant certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent.Must have a minimum three (3) years’ experience as a Scrum Master using Scaled Agile Framework – SAFe and in Agile software development environments.Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience identifying impediments and advocating for the resolution/mitigation of the impediments. This experience includes the ability to remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to ensure uninterrupted progress.Must have served as a Scrum Master for a minimum of one (1) year to Agile teams, withexperience in facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives and quarterly program increment planning.Must have minimum three (3) years of experience and knowledge working with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), Atlassian JIRA and Align work management tools. Must have experience in the ability to create and manage Agile team backlog, sprint plans, roadmaps and productivity reporting within the work management tools.Must have experience in the ability to coordinate and link test cases and test results with development of user stories and tasks.Must have experience in the ability to promote and support Agile principles and practices across the organization.Must have experience in the ability to collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and assist with user story refinement.Must have experience in the ability to track and communicate team progress, metrics, and performance to stakeholders.Must have experience in the ability to facilitate continuous improvement efforts and support team development and coaching.Must have experience in the ability to coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Agile coaches to foster organizational Agile maturity.Must have experience in the ability to assist in risk identification and mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.Desirable Experience:Utility (electric, water, or gas) environment, company, or sector experience.Has the experience in the ability to foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, andaccountability within teams.Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and Leanmethodologies and development best practices.Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
