Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with at least 2-5 years of experience to support our Founder & CEO in driving the company’s growth. This is a dynamic role that combines administrative efficiency with strategic contributions, helping our growth in the golf industry and to accelerate our expansion into new verticals like equestrian, soccer, and green cities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, has a passion for sports and sustainability, and can act as a trusted right-hand to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
• Administrative Support (40%): Execute the CEO’s daily agendas, be the link between company’s teams and the CEO, email correspondence, and meeting preparations; prepare reports, presentations, and agendas to ensure seamless operations and Board proceedings.
• Sales & Business Development Support (30%): Assist with proactive lead generation (e.g., using AI tools to identify golf course renovations), coordinate with sales teams on vertical-specific initiatives, and track progress against business plan KPIs.
• Strategic Research & Vertical Growth (30%): Conduct market research on new verticals (e.g., equestrian arenas, sports fields), analyze competitors, and support partnership outreach; help monitor project ramps and subscription models as outlined in our 2025-2030 growth plan.
Requirements
• Must-Have:
• At least 2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role supporting C-level executives in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in the golf industry (e.g., working with golf courses, superintendents, or related vendors) – essential for understanding our core market and contributing immediately.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce), and project management software (e.g., Asana or Trello).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Wellington, FL area for in-office/hybrid work.
• Preferred/Plus:
• Golf industry experience, Equestrian or other sports industry experience (e.g., arenas, fields, or events) – a strong plus given our expanding verticals.
• Familiarity with AI tools for research/lead gen, or greentech/sustainability sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.
