A growing FAA Part 145 engine repair facility in Miami is looking for an experienced NDT Inspector Level II to join their Quality team.

🔍 The Role – NDT Inspector Level II
You’ll be responsible for carrying out and interpreting non-destructive testing on engine components and QEC structures, including:
• Performing Fluorescent Penetrant (FPI) and Magnetic Particle (MPI) inspections on engine components
• Conducting Ultrasonic (UT) and Eddy Current (ET) inspections when incorporated into the maintenance programme
• Reviewing work instructions and overhaul manuals to determine correct test methods and acceptance criteria
• Setting up and calibrating NDT equipment to ensure accurate and reliable testing
• Identifying, interpreting and marking discontinuities in accordance with approved data
• Accepting or rejecting parts based on inspection results and defined criteria
• Creating sub-routers for repair and re-inspection cycles where required
• Completing all required inspection paperwork and maintaining accurate logbook records
• Supporting production schedules by prioritising inspection flow
• Training and mentoring other personnel in NDT processes where required
✅ What You’ll Need – NDT Inspector Level II
• Minimum 2 years’ NDT experience in an aerospace or engine MRO environment
• Level II certification in MT and PT.
• Strong understanding of overhaul manuals, technical publications and inspection criteria
• Ability to interpret inspection data and make sound airworthiness decisions
• Experience working to FAA regulations (AS9100 / ISO 9001 knowledge preferred)
• NAS-410 certification preferred
