Aviation Materials Handler

Our client provides industry-leading aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul services. They currently have an opportunity for an Aviation Materials Handler to join their team in Miami, Florida. This is a hands-on role based in the Warehouse and is ideal for individuals who are interested in beginning a career in aviation logistics and production support.

What You’ll Do as an Aviation Materials Handler

• Move, deliver, and stage aircraft parts throughout the warehouse and production floor
• Place parts in the correct racks and storage areas under the direction of Production Control
• Deliver parts to the appropriate mechanics and workstations to support ongoing repairs
• Assist in maintaining flow of materials to ensure production schedules are met
• Use basic computer tools to update work orders, check part locations, and communicate with the team
• Use company ERP system for parts-tracking (training provided)
• Support overall shop organization and contribute to a safe, efficient work environment

What We’re Looking For

• No aviation experience required (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work and moving parts throughout the day
• Basic computer skills (email, Excel); ERP training provided
• Physically capable of lifting/moving parts and standing or walking for most of the shift
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to comply with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) requirements

• Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• $1,500 sign-on bonus
