Key Responsibilities:
Business and Process analysis, translate client requirements to build technical specification and configuration documentation.
The position requires UKG Pro WFM Development and Implementation experience.
He/she should be able to fully UKG Pro WFM configure application including the following Modules as Timekeeping, Accruals, Data Import/Export Tool, Reporting Analyze, Absence management, UKG Clocks for enhanced requirements.
Providing technical and functional solutions around UKG Pro WFM ecosystems.
Ability to create process documentation, diagrams and feature specifications Understand and configure interfacing and reports Consult with customers on business rules and requirements.
Knowledge of developing and/or supporting interfaces using Boomi for UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions).
Knowledge of full life cycle of a project including gathering detailed requirements, being able to develop a design and then building of the design to deliver the solution to the client and then provide support
He/she will work and guide internal consultants and using UKG standards to efficiently manage the customer and to meet the established milestones, ensuring targeted completion dates are achieved & to and support the Kronos WFM systems.
Technical Experience:
At least 5 years of technical configuration experience on UKG Pro Management (Dimensions).
At least 5 years of Functional, and consulting experience in UKG Time & Attendance software packages in Development and support role in WFM.
Should have a good understanding of UKG product enterprise architecture.
Should have good domain knowledge in the following: Kronos Time &Attendance, Accruals, API integrations.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $32.36/hour - $50.56/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
