Support and maintain CI/CD tools and pipelines to ensure smooth and continuous software delivery. Provide round-the-clock support for build, deployment, and automation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor & Maintain Pipelines: Ensure Jenkins and Harness builds and deployments run smoothly.
Troubleshoot Issues: Resolve problems with Jenkins, Git, Nexus, Docker, Rundeck, and Harness.
24/7 Support: Work in shifts to handle incidents and provide timely resolutions.
Critical Issue Response: Be available for all critical issues. Sometimes availability beyond standard 8-hour shifts may be required based on issue severity.
Tool Administration: Manage and upgrade Jenkins, Git, Nexus, Docker, Rundeck, and Harness.
Automation & Monitoring: Use scripts and monitoring tools to automate tasks and detect issues early.
Documentation: Keep runbooks and SOPs updated for team use.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Harness, Git, Nexus, Docker, and Rundeck.
Strong troubleshooting skills in Linux environments.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
Good communication for shift handovers and team coordination.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $37.91/hour - $59.23/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
