Supply Chain Planning Solution Developer

We are looking for a motivated, driven, and collaborative Supply Chain Planning Solution Developer with experience designing, configuring, developing, and supporting planning and scheduling models in advanced supply chain planning platforms. Experience with Aspen SCM is highly desirable; however, candidates with relevant experience in other leading planning solutions are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, develop, and enhance planning and scheduling solutions based on business requirements and solution design.

• Build and maintain planning models, calculations, business rules, custom logic, and workflows.

• Participate in solution design, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

• Support production deployments, releases, and ongoing enhancements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve model, configuration, and data integration issues.

• Develop technical and user documentation.

• Analyze planning model performance and recommend improvements.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams on data integration and reporting requirements.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives across planning, scheduling, and supply chain optimization processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience implementing, configuring, or developing solutions in one or more advanced supply chain planning platforms:

• Aspen Supply Chain Management (SCM)

• Kinaxis RapidResponse

• SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP)

• 9 Solutions

• Oracle Supply Chain Planning (SCP)

• Blue Yonder / JDA Planning Solutions (preferred)

Experience building or configuring:

• Supply Planning models

• Demand Planning models

• Inventory Optimization solutions

• Production Planning and Scheduling solutions

• Capacity Planning and MRP solutions

Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management processes including:

• Demand Management

• Supply Planning

• Inventory Management

• Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

• Production Planning and Scheduling

Strong technical and programming skills with one or more of:

• SQL / SQL Server

• Python

• Scripting and configuration frameworks within planning platforms

• Data integration and ETL processes

• API-based integrations

• Experience configuring planning models, business rules, heuristics, optimization engines, or scheduling solutions.

• Knowledge of Linear Programming, Optimization, or Operations Research concepts is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $41.61/hour - $65.01/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
