Lead requirements process design and stakeholder alignment across complex projects ensuring business needs are translated into clear testable and implementable solutions
Key Responsibilities:
Drive requirements gathering user stories acceptance criteria and process mapping Conduct gap analysis impact assessments and solution validation
Partner with business product architecture and QA teams for end to end delivery
Support Agile ceremonies backlog refinement sprint planning UAT
Prepare documentation BRD/FRD workflows data mapping and executive updates
Ensure compliance traceability and quality across the SDLC Skills
Experience 7-10 years BA experience in technology or product environments
Strong in Agile process modeling requirements engineering and stakeholder management Experience in large transformation migration programs
Tools:
JIRA, Azure DevOps
Preferred Background:
Insurance banking digital transformation or platform modernization Duck Creek Guidewire NET
Education/Certifications:
Bachelors in BusinessIT CBAP/CCBA/SAFe BA preferred
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $35.51/hour - $55.48/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
